I am a 62-year-old man and I have been using Zan.a.do plant based protein powder for the past few months. It has helped me maintain my strength and lean physique. As someone who values clean and natural ingredients, I appreciate that this protein powder is vegan and free of artificial additives. I've noticed an improvement in my muscle recovery after workouts, allowing me to feel energised and "fighting fit" for whatever life throws at me. My biggest discovery as I am using Zan.a.do. I am a vegetarian and I don’t eat much dairy. So most of the time I do my practice almost every day, mostly hard training and sometimes soft. So after the practice I feel my muscles are feeling fatigued or tired, like a kind of pain in the muscle. But as soon as I take a spoon of Zan.a.do after about 10 minutes that is gone. I feel like it is really working on that after workout fatigue It means if I am taking daily and doing my yoga routine with that, I am not having that stiffness, tightness or tiredness in my muscles.

As a person who has just gone through treatment for cancer, I find taking Zan.a.do, the plant power based protein that was introduced to me by Jason refreshing. Having cut down on meat, I have struggled on how much protein I should take, what vegetables to eat, etc. But this makes it all easier and it’s my go to post workout drink. I mix a tablespoon of Zan.a.do to almond milk, fresh blueberries, walnuts or peanut butter and sometimes a dollop of yogurt! Blitz it and voila my breakfast in a tumbler. Keeps me satiated for the next 4 to 5 hours and I feel energetic! No it's not a replacement for vegetables or meat but it does add to the nutrition I have to take. Will I continue on this journey? Of course I will as I enjoy it and I look forward to trying it in different variations like in my granola and nuts! Also love the no plastic packaging!
